About the role

Create and implement effective sales plans.
Clearly advise potential customers on Mega Leasing PLC's leasing products.
Comply with leasing principles and procedures.
Achieve the set plans for customers and annual credit portfolio.
Collect sufficient customer information (such as his business and other sources).
Analyze customer information to ensure trustworthiness.
Ensure high quality of customer service to customers, including approval and rejection of customer requests.
Create and implement customer follow-up/monitoring plans.
Communicate promptly with customers who miss monthly payments.
Create credit discipline among customers and the team.
Have team spirit to support team performance.
Participate in regular team meetings to update challenges and find solutions, update company changes and promote business initiatives.
Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of leasing processes and policies.
Request from direct manager or branch manager to improve work.
Communicate changes or update information promptly to all relevant parties.
Meet with key stakeholders such as staff, major suppliers, and pillar clients in the plan to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Meet with customers in person to collect feedback or customer complaints.

Requirements

At least completed high school.
Have some understanding of credit operations in the Cambodian context.
Good communication skills in using Khmer and better English.
Good skills in problem-solving, explaining customer services, and sales skills.
Some experience in microfinance or banking sector is better.
Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Reside in the operational area is a priority.
