About the role

Create and implement effective sales plans.
Clearly advise potential customers on Mega Leasing PLC's leasing products.
Follow leasing principles and procedures.
Achieve defined plans for customers and the credit portfolio annually.
Collect sufficient information regarding customers (such as their business and other sources).
Analyze customer information to ensure trustworthiness.
Ensure high quality of customer service for customers, including approval and rejection of customer requests.
Create and implement follow-up/monitoring plans for customers.
Timely communicate with customers who miss monthly payments.
Build credit discipline among customers and the team.
Have a team spirit to support the team's performance.
Participate in regular team meetings to update challenges and find solutions.
Update company changes and promote business initiatives.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness and efficiency of the leasing process and policies.
Request from direct manager or branch manager to improve work.
Communicate changes or update information in a timely manner to all relevant parties.
Meet with key stakeholders such as staff, key suppliers, and main pillars in the plan to maintain and strengthen better relationships.
Meet customers in person to collect feedback or customer complaints.

Requirements

At least completed high school.
Some understanding of credit operations in the Cambodian context.
Good communication skills in Khmer and better English usage.
Good skills in problem-solving, customer service demonstration, and sales skills.
Some experience in the microfinance sector or banking sector is better.
Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Priority is given to those residing in the operating area.
