About the role

Develop and implement effective sales plans.
Clearly advise potential customers on the products of Mega Leasing Plc.
Adhere to leasing policies and procedures.
Achieve defined targets for customers and annual credit portfolio.
Collect sufficient information regarding customers (such as their business and other sources).
Analyze customer information to ensure trustworthiness.
Ensure high quality of customer service, including approval and rejection of customer requests.
Develop and implement follow-up/monitoring plans for customers.
Communicate in a timely manner with customers who miss their monthly payments.
Foster credit discipline among customers and the team.
Have team spirit to support team performance.
Participate in regular team meetings to update on challenges and find solutions, update on company changes, and promote business initiatives.
Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the leasing process and policies.
Request from direct manager or branch manager to improve work.
Communicate changes or update information in a timely manner to all relevant parties.
Meet with key stakeholders such as staff, key suppliers, and pillars in the plan to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Meet customers in person to collect feedback or complaints from customers.

Requirements

At least completed high school.
Have some understanding of credit operations in the Cambodian context.
Good communication skills in Khmer and better English.
Good skills in problem solving, customer service explanation, and sales skills.
Some experience in microfinance or banking sector is better.
Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
Be committed with high ethics and trustworthiness.
Have good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Residing in the operational area is a priority.
