Description

Prepare annual and monthly plans according to the plan of the Audit Department.
Conduct kick-off meetings with Branch Managers and/or other key personnel to present scopes, objectives, and areas to be reviewed before field audits.
Perform audit fields such as reviewing loan portfolios, auditing cash management, banking services, general expenses, office arrangement, security, customer service, human resources, and branch internal control.
Prepare clear and concise audit papers within prescribed timeframes, evaluate results, analyze root causes of findings, identify operational risks, and conduct exit meetings with concerned managers.
Prepare draft audit reports with appropriate recommendations for process and control improvements, keep track of findings, follow up on reports, and conduct investigations of irregularities.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or professional skills like CAT or any related degree.
One year experience in related auditing/accounting, credit/lending position within the Banking Industry is required.
Sound knowledge of banking activities, risk management, internal control systems, audit techniques, and principles.
Capability and willingness to take responsibilities with a high sense of rectitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, objectivity, integrity, confidentiality, critical thinking, analytical skills, and independence.
Well-organized, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, good understanding of Microsoft Office skills, and good English proficiency in speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
Required to travel as needed.
