About the role

Acquire and onboard medium business loan clients.
Analyze and process their loan applications by conducting credit investigations, scoring, credit checking, and other underwriting activities to ensure good lending and loan quality.
Maintain existing and build new medium business clients.
Collect all clients’ required documents for loan application to verify their eligibility.
Gather valid applicants’ financial records.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity.
Conduct a site visit during loan assessment process.
Process and prepare Credit Appraisal Report including detailed loan appraisal writeup and detailed financial analysis.
Explain to clients the different types of loans and credit options.
Make regular site visits to existing customers.
Closely monitor on recommended/processed loan for timely repayment.
Work closely with Head Office to follow up on all post disbursement conditions.
Follow up delinquent client immediately.
Discuss credit-related issues and loan packaging.
Handle clients’ issues or complaints.
Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of working experiences in banking and financial services industry.
Good knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Demonstration of presentation and sales skills.
Good customer service, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Good Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
Good problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
