About the role

To execute proper maintenance, integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and reliable operations of systems, servers, automation, and change management of Ansible Platform/infrastructure, to study automation opportunities and develop the best practice of products and standards and to provide support in the development of continuous delivery pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, Helm, Ansible).
Execute the OS setup, update, patching, and troubleshooting in a timely manner as well as monitor the OS performance.
Execute the Application implementation including installation, configuration, scripting, and automation.
Administer Ansible Platform/infrastructure, perform maintenance, and configuration change management.
Perform automation, integration, and orchestration services while working within the constraints of vendor products and implemented solutions.
Create and maintain systems, infrastructure, procedural and strong documentation experienced.
Continuously develop products, services, protocols, and standards to keep the best practice and security of automation and system infrastructure.
Verify daily, weekly, or monthly backup processes or automated tasks/jobs to assure quality and successful completion.
Execute problem management activities such as root cause analysis and issue resolutions and investigate automation opportunities to increase speed and efficiency.
Drive process improvements and design enhancements to automation to continuously improve the SIT/DEV/Production environment.
Develop and deploy Ansible playbooks/roles/templates/ projects/inventories/ workflows and modules (Linux, Windows, Network, Firewall, Load balancer, DNS, Compliance check etc.).
Assist with the development of continuous delivery pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, Helm, Ansible).
Provide training to internal team members and relevant teams on Ansible Automation.
Daily monitor all system alerts and review system logs in order to detect, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to appropriate level as well as support the issue resolution if required.
Provide support to all any system reported support incidents within reasonably accepted time frame.
Work closely with network unit to coordinate the system interconnect.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in System Administration or relevant fields.
Strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux /Windows Administration/ Microsoft and troubleshooting system performance issues.
Experience with "patching and vulnerability remediation" of Linux, Windows OS.
Experience with Yaml, Python.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
Experience in creating pipelines and automation to deploy containers.
Demonstration of strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of system security and understanding of clustering/high availability/continuity/scalable/self-healing technologies Understanding of banking procedures, regulations, and business requirements.
Ability to communicate in both Khmer and English Language.
Demonstration of self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented personality.
