About the role

Conduct field audits by visiting assigned venues across Phnom Penh, including cocktail bars, hotels, restaurants, specialty liquor shops, and supermarkets.
Complete mobile survey logging using Google Forms for each venue visited.
Capture photos of drink menus, spirit list prices, and backbar displays.
Engage with venue staff and bartenders to gather information on top-selling imported spirits.
Upload completed survey entries and photo logs on a daily basis.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B/Hospitality Management is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Commercial roles in Advertising/Marketing Agencies is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Researcher/Market Research Assistant is preferred.
Proficiency using Google Forms, smartphone cameras, and mobile data for surveys.
High attention to detail in recording menu prices and venue data.
General familiarity with distilled spirits categories and hospitality menu layouts.
Ability to initiate brief, polite, and effective conversations with staff.
Knowledge of Phnom Penh’s key dining, nightlife, and retail hubs for efficient route planning.
Strong self-organization skills to meet daily audit quotas and upload data reliably without direct supervision.
Fluent in Khmer and intermediate to advanced English.
