- $600 POSITION SUMMARY Category: Condiment & Dairy Products (Milk Products) Department: Sales Reports To: MT Sales Supervisor / MT Sales Manager DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop sales opportunities with HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, canteens, food service operators, cafés, and bakeries. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop sales opportunities with existing and new modern trade customers. Negotiate product listings, pricing, promotions, and display agreements. Increase product distribution and SKU availability across assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure timely order processing and product replenishment. Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards. Monitor shelf availability, product rotation (FIFO), pricing, and stock levels. Coordinate promotional activities, sampling events, and in-store campaigns. Improve product visibility through secondary displays and promotional placements. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Collect customer feedback and market information. Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and market share. Prepare sales forecasts and account development plans. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams. Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns with key customers. Ensure smooth execution of customer agreements and promotional programs. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: English

- Good QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. WORK HISTORY: Sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, Food service, Dairy, Beverage, or Condiment categories for 2 to 3 years SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Experience working with supermarkets, convenience stores, or retail chains is preferred. Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills. Knowledge of Modern Trade operations and retail merchandising. Good analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Strong communication skills in Khmer and English. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Soft Skills Excellent relationship management and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
