About the role

Lead Grade 9 and Grade 12 Sunday study sessions, providing academic support and exam preparation across relevant subject areas.
Prepare lesson materials and resources ahead of each Sunday session in line with students' public curriculum needs.
Monitor student attendance, engagement, and progress during Sunday classes and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with parents or guardians where relevant regarding student participation and development.
Facilitate three YEP evening classes per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 5.30pm – 6.30pm), delivering structured learning sessions using REACH's LMS (TalentLMS).
Guide students through LMS-based course content, providing support and explanation where needed to ensure understanding.
Track student progress and completion through the LMS, flagging concerns.
