About the role
- Develop sales opportunities with HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, canteens, food service operators, cafés, and bakeries.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase product penetration and market share.
- Expand distribution coverage across assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new HORECA customers.
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, restaurant owners, hotel procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits according to the approved route plan.
- Other tasks as assign by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related field Sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, Food service, Dairy, Beverage, or Condiment categories for 2 to 3 years as a minimum Experience managing key accounts and contract negotiations is preferred.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English or Chines and Khmer.
