About the role

Conduct Mandarin Chinese lessons for Lower Elementary students.
Create a fun, engaging, and stress-free learning environment.
Prepare simple, age-appropriate lesson activities and learning materials.
Encourage speaking, listening, and basic reading through games, songs, stories, and hands-on activities.
Monitor students' learning progress and participation.
Support Chinese cultural activities and events when required.
Work closely with the Academic and Campus Teams.
Follow the PlaySpace Montessori curriculum, policies, and educational philosophy.

Requirements

Native Chinese speaker or fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Able to communicate in Chinese and Khmer; English is preferred.
Experience teaching Mandarin to young learners is preferred.
Passionate about working with children.
Creative, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic.
Able to deliver engaging, play-based, and interactive learning activities.
Good communication and team skills.
