Description

Collaborate with branch directors, deputy directors, and financial service sales managers to plan the collection of write-off debts for the branch.
Coordinate with branch management and sales officers to effectively resolve overdue debts of 180 days or more and collect write-off debts.
Ensure all relevant branch staff have timely reports on write-off debts and overdue customer lists.
Monitor debt collection results to provide solutions and report obstacles to the branch director.
Assist in preparing legal documents related to debt resolution.
Prepare reports on overdue and write-off debt resolution, including reviewing branch write-off proposals.
Monitor the legal process of debt resolution for the branch.
Work closely with branch directors to resolve overdue and write-off debts.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a relevant equivalent degree.
Must have at least two years of working experience with a microfinance institution.
Able to analyze financial and operational reports, including payment schedules and debt status reports.
Knowledge of financial and banking laws as well as contract law in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Strong communication skills, keen observation of human behavior, and persuasive skills.
