Description

Collaborate with branch management, deputy branch management, and financial service sales team leads to plan the collection of write-off debts from the branch's consolidated list.
Cooperate with branch teams to drive the resolution of delayed debts overdue for 180 days or more and effectively collect write-off debts.
Ensure all relevant branch staff have timely reports on write-off debts and overdue customer lists.
Monitor debt collection results of branch personnel to provide solutions and report obstacles to the branch manager.
Participate in preparing legal documents related to debt resolution.
Prepare reports on delayed debt resolution and write-off debts, including reviewing write-off proposals from the branch.
Monitor legal processes in debt resolution for the branch.
Work closely with the branch manager in resolving delayed and write-off debts.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a recognized equivalent degree.
Must have at least two years of work experience with a microfinance institution.
Able to analyze financial reports and operational reports including payment schedules and debt status reports.
Have knowledge of financial and banking laws and contract laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Strong communication skills, keen observation of human behavior, and persuasion skills.
