About the role

Implement effective plans supporting marketing & admissions strategies to drive student enrollment, maintain brand identity, and promote school activities to diverse communities.
Responsible for digital marketing, market research, producing promotional materials, event management, and ensuring cohesive branding to achieve student recruitment targets.

Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans, including setting budgets and KPIs (key performance indicators) to increase school enrollment.
Maintain the school website, app, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to engage families, and manage online advertising (SEO/SEM).
Act as the "brand guardian" to ensure all correspondence, brochures, and promotional materials follow institutional guidelines.
Plan and host marketing events, such as school open days, campus tours, and promotional fairs.
Monitor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and produce reports on campaign performance.
Work closely with the Admissions team to align marketing efforts with student intake goals and coordinate with senior leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Proven experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, and event planning, often preferred within an educational establishment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, often requiring proficiency in English and Khmer.
An ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
