About the role

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the school’s goals.
Build and lead a high-performing and collaborative HR function.
Drive a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
Oversee learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and capability building.
Lead international and local recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with hiring standards.
Develop and enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary processes.
Design and implement a school-wide performance management system.
Develop and cascade KPIs across academic, administrative, and leadership roles.
Lead performance review cycles and promote a strong feedback and coaching culture.
Train managers on objective evaluation and performance discussions.
Oversee performance improvement plans (PIPs) and succession planning.
Lead change management initiatives, including communication and stakeholder alignment.
Strengthen organizational culture and support strategic transformation and growth.
Design and maintain organizational structure, job grading, and reporting lines.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and workforce plans.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Ensure full compliance with Cambodian labor law and relevant regulations.
Design competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits structures.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Implement and manage HR systems (HRIS, KPI tracking, reporting tools).

Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8–12 years of HR experience, includi.
