- Build and carry out the annual audit plan based on business risks and priorities. - Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits across all business units to find gaps and improve processes. - Conduct surprise checks and fraud investigations whenever needed. - Write clear audit reports and present findings and practical solutions to senior management. - Follow up with department heads to make sure audit recommendations are put into action. - Work directly with external auditors and handle document requests. - Coach, train, and guide audit staff to ensure high-quality work.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field. Certifications like CIA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus. - 5 to 7 years in internal or external audit, including at least 2 years managing or supervising a team. - Solid knowledge of audit standards, internal controls, and risk assessment methods. - Strong critical-thinking skills to spot issues and suggest practical fixes. - Clear verbal, presentation, and business report-writing skills. - High level of honesty, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
