About the role

Invitation for Bids for Supply of Daily Consumables and Foodstuffs.
The tender documents must include taxes if any.
Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving goods or services and invoice.
Bids should be valid for 60 days from the bid submission deadline.

Requirements

Suppliers must provide: Copy of business registration certificate.
Business license or similar document.
Copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificate, or similar document.
Information on company structure (company director/owner names).
Audited financial statements for the last two years or tax payment documents or other similar documents.
No court cases in the last 3 years.
Signed Conflict of Interest declaration showing any relationship with World Vision Cambodia staff.
Signed Code of Conduct policy.
Signed WV's Safeguarding policy.
All contracts awarded will comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
