About the role

The organization is inviting companies to submit proposals for the supply of educational and office supplies and student backpacks for a period of one year.
The contract will be awarded to the supplier through the evaluation of bids by the World Vision Cambodia committee.
The organization reserves the right to reject some of the bids.
Suppliers selected will be notified promptly.

Requirements

All bid documents must be submitted before September 23, 2026, 5:00 PM.
Late submissions will not be considered.
Bid documents should include taxes if applicable.
Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving goods or services and invoices.
Bids should be valid for 60 days from the submission deadline.
Suppliers must submit a copy of their business registration certificate, business license or equivalent document, tax registration certificate or equivalent document, information about the company structure (names of directors/owners), audited financial statements for the last two years or tax payment documents, and confirmation of no court cases in the last 3 years.
Suppliers must also sign a conflict of interest declaration and the Code of Conduct and WV's Safeguarding policies.
Contracts will comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The organization reserves the right to change the terms and dates of the bid invitation.
