About the role

This is an invitation for bids for the construction of vegetable collection centers.
The scope involves the construction of 4 buildings located in Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, and Pailin provinces.
Detailed blueprints are available in Annex 1.

Requirements

All bid documents must be submitted before June 26, 2026, 5:00 PM.
Late submissions will not be considered.
Bid documents should include all applicable taxes.
Payment will be made within 30 days of receiving goods/services and invoices, processed via bank transfer with TDS deducted as per Cambodian government regulations.
Suppliers must provide: A copy of Business Registration Certificate, Business License or equivalent document, Copy of Tax Registration, Tax Clearance Certificate or equivalent, Company structure information (Director/Owner name), Audited financial statements for the last two years or tax documents, and confirmation of no court cases in the last 3 years.
A conflict of interest declaration form and signed copies of WV's Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy are also required.
