Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to support the growth of our fintech solutions at Bill24. This role combines sales and technical advisory, helping clients adopt digital payment, billing, and automation solutions. You will work closely with businesses across various industries to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services..
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting company products and fintech solutions.
- Present products and solutions clearly to clients and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions (payment systems, billing platforms, automation tools).
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer workflows, challenges, and integration requirements.
- Provide technical consultation on system usage, API integration, and deployment options.
- Advise clients on hardware, software, network requirements, and security considerations
- Handle customer questions, technical objections, and provide suitable solutions during the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, support) to ensure smooth implementation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support product demonstrations, onboarding, and basic troubleshooting when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Basic understanding of digital payments, billing systems, or software solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way to clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Good command of Khmer and English
- Willing to travel to the province
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical sales or pre-sales engineering experience, specifically with POS systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and knowledge of software systems.
- Experience selling in retail, restaurant, or hospitality verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field – or equivalent experience.
- Good communication skills in Khmer & English languages
- Willing to travel to the province
