ABOUT THE COMPANY: A leading real estate company in Cambodia, specializing in the development and sale of high-quality residential and commercial ABOUT THE ROLE: Digital Marketing and Branding Officer will be responsible for creating compelling social media content, managing online platforms, and driving lead generation to support the sales team and elevate the company's brand presence. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Plan, develop, and deploy highly creative content across all primary social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement. Monitor and respond effectively to customer inquiries, nurturing prospects to generate high-quality leads for the sales department. Conduct ongoing research and analysis of current social media trends and competitor activities to maintain the company’s competitive edge. Prepare and present comprehensive monthly social media reports to management, utilizing data to refine future marketing strategies. Draft and execute efficient budget plans for advertisements and boosting campaigns, maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Execute ad hoc marketing and branding assignments as requested by management to support broader department goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields. At least 1 year of professional experience within a marketing, branding, or digital agency setting. Strong foundational knowledge of modern marketing techniques, concepts, and platforms, alongside proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Highly analytical and logical thinker, well-presented with a professional demeanor, and possessing the resilience to work well under pressure.
