The Marketplace & BI team is responsible for 2 major scopes

• (i) Marketplace and (ii) Intelligence. i. Marketplace
• Through optimising various aspects of a marketplace such as pricing, consumer promotions and driver-partner incentives, the team strategically manages the dynamics between consumers (passengers and eaters), driver-partners, and merchants to ensure a healthy and growing marketplace. ii. Intelligence
• The team is also responsible for high impact analytics that helps the organisation make informed, data-driven decisions. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for translating large data sets into insightful recommendations for the team to on in order to create positive impact. You will lead the whole data retrieval, data analysis, experiment designs, and collaboration with other functions to gather input in order to provide relevant insights for the team. The analytics you lead will include both Marketplace and non-Marketplace related projects. Key responsibilities: You will lead analytics for various projects. You will define the objective of the analysis, design an experiment if needed, identify key metrics, process and visualise large datasets, and present recommendations to key stakeholders with high efficiency and accuracy. Your analytics will mainly be within the scope of Marketplace, which involves pricing optimisation, user growth and service reliability. As and when needed, you will lead analytics deemed critical to the outside the scope of Marketplace. You will be initiating, creating, and maintaining key reports and dashboards critical to the . You will be the subject matter expert in terms of data analytics. This role also comes with the responsibility to provide consultation to other teams to empower them towards data driven insights and decisions.

• You are proficient in Excel, SQL, and have experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in data s such as Python or R is a plus.
• You have extensive experience with data and how to translate your findings into opportunities and strengths for the team.
• You are able to make logical and astute hypotheses through data to help solve ambiguous problems and provide valuable insights.
• You are able to develop good relations across different teams and communicate ideas effectively and relevantly to different stakeholder.
