Assist in monitoring stock accuracy, support daily warehouse operations and timely replenishment for an FMCG business.

• Monitor stock levels and update stock records accurately on the system and reports.
• Support receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods for smooth warehouse operations.
• Inspect goods quantity, expiry dates, and condition to maintain stock quality.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and assist in resolving shortages, overages, and damaged goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to arrange stock movement and replenishment requests.
• Assist with periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and end-of-month stock verification.
• Organize goods properly, label them, and arrange storage areas efficiently.
• Prepare basic stock reports and report on low stock or slow-moving items.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in stock control or warehousing operations is preferred.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with other departments.
• Ability to organize work, follow procedures, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn about warehouse processes, stock management, and reporting methods.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
