ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Leasing Officer will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth at this landmark Grade A development by proactively sourcing corporate tenants, negotiating compliant lease agreements, and managing tenant relationships to ensure long-term retention. WHAT YOU WILL DO Identify and attract prospective tenants through marketing and networking channels. Product viewings and present leasing terms to convert leads into tenants. Negotiate favorable, policy-compliant lease agreements to meet targets. Prepare and review lease contracts and related documentation for accuracy. Maintain communication with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends and competitors to optimize pricing and strategies. Achieve occupancy targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Work with management and maintenance teams to ensure optimal property condition. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant info, and agreements. Assist in marketing campaigns to increase visibility and promote available units.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, , or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Comprehensive knowledge of local property laws and leasing regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
