Roles and Responsibilities include Social Media Management: managing, growing, and engaging Artisans Angkor’s community across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube; developing and executing a monthly content calendar; writing compelling, on-brand captions in Khmer and English; monitoring, responding to, and reporting community engagement; tracking and analyzing social media metrics; and executing basic paid social campaigns.
Offline & General Marketing Coordination: coordinating logistics for photo/video shoots; drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, and partnership communications; maintaining and managing outreach to media, influencers, and partners; and liaising between marketing, workshop, and retail teams.
Basic Visual Content Creation: working with a photo/videographer to shoot and edit basic photography and videography for social media needs, behind-the-scenes content, and simple product shots; creating engaging branded graphics and templates using Canva; and ensuring self-created visuals maintain brand consistency.
AI-Enhanced Efficiency: using AI tools to generate and refine caption ideas, create first-draft content outlines, brainstorm campaign concepts, perform basic image generation for ideation, and transcribe/repurpose video content.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: consolidating performance data into simple dashboards, providing actionable insights to improve ROI, and staying updated on marketing trends and AI advancements.
