About the role

To assist the Head Unit in designing, developing, and analyzing business operations reports and data to provide retail banking teams with insights of performance, trends, correlations, impacts on businesses, and proposed solutions.
Assist to control reports of performance, regulatory, committee report, and other ad hoc reports as well as incentive and bonus.
Assist to collaborate in designing data models in a database (data warehouse) for report automation, data analytics, and data visualization.
Assist to develop and analyze business operations reports and data related to sales/non-sales activities to provide retail business teams with insights of performance, trends, correlations, impacts on businesses, and proposed solutions.
Assist to utilize data analytics technologies to gather, review, and analyze business and business data, including KPIs, performance reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
Assist to regularly maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, and/or dashboards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs and ensure proposed solutions align with the Division's strategic goals.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges by translating business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Proactively initiate ideas to support each department or unit under the Retail Banking Division to improve performance management, product and service, and business processes.
Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance and Banking, and/or relevant field, master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum one year of professional experiences in business analysis, business performance, and/or equivalent.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView to create compelling visualizations and reports.
Experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, R and simple analytics tools such as Excel.
Deep understanding of tools and techniques that can help in business analysis and generate reports that can give the right direction towards growth.
Deep understanding of database concepts such as database structures, query languages, and data warehousing principles to keep the data warehouse organized.
Excellent data analysis, business planning and management, critical thinking, collaboration, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical skills in data collection, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques.
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver output in a timely manner.
Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
Knowledge of technology tools such as Office 365, MS, List, and Power Automate.
