ABOUT THE ROLE: Senior Marketing Officer be responsible for developing end-to-end marketing strategies, managing seasonal events, and overseeing digital campaigns to maximize brand presence and accelerate sales growth. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and actionable plans to achieve specific brand objectives and drive business growth. Lead and synchronize marketing activities and multi-channel campaigns within the marketing department to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Research and analyze market trends, competitor footprints, and target demographics, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to directors and management. Design and execute a yearly event timeline aligned with sales performance, including seasonal events for existing customers to strengthen relationship management and brand loyalty. Liaison with external agencies on flexible event concepts and planning execution to directly support sales objectives. Produce promotional videos, marketing collateral, and digital content while overseeing online traffic and campaign maintenance across all corporate digital platforms. Manage the timely production and distribution of marketing materials, promotional assets, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) gifts. Formulate and manage an effective budget plan for the marketing department to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields. At least 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within a professional work setting. Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Khmer. Sound knowledge of modern marketing techniques and intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, and robust analytical capabilities.
