• The Executive Floor Officer is responsible for coordinating all activities and ensuring the proper functioning of the Executive Lounge Desk operation.
• The EFO ensures that all VIP expected arrivals and in-house guests enjoy the best conditions during their stay, handling check-in, check-out, and food & beverage service according to standards.

Primary Responsibilities Operation:

• The EFO actively participates in Front Office activities for all rooms and suites on the Executive Floor.
• The EFO must possess perfect knowledge of hotel procedures and standards, along with strong guest relationship skills, maintaining a strong guest focus at all times to ensure each guest has the most enjoyable stay possible.
• The EFO consistently smiles, is willing to help guests, provides warm greetings, maintains a positive attitude, and coordinates activities.

• He/she ensures their section is perfectly tidy at all times, the 'operation cupboard' is refilled as needed, and operational circuits are strictly followed.
• The EFO follows up on guest requests professionally, such as flight reconfirmation, restaurant bookings, tour arrangements, transport arrangements, and recommendations, in line with Novotel Phnom Penh procedures.

Ensures all standards and procedures established at Novotel Phnom Penh Beung Keng Kong are met successfully.

Other responsibilities:

• Ensures a smooth working relationship with other hotel departments.
• The EFO is attentive to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of information or guest names available, ensuring no guest name or profile information is transmitted.

• To be flexible and willing to help as assigned.
• To be ready and responsible to perform on duty.
