ABOUT THE ROLE The Content Creator will be responsible for filming, editing, and managing engaging digital media—such as property walkthroughs and short-form videos—to showcase our real estate portfolio and elevate our brand presence. WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan, film, and edit high-quality visual content, including property walkthroughs, neighborhood guides, agent spotlights, and behind-the-scenes footage. Script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Write catchy captions, video scripts, and engaging copy for social media posts, community updates, and promotional campaigns. Maintain a consistent content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to align content with current property listings and launch phases.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (experience in real estate, hospitality, or interior design is a strong plus). Proficiency in mobile or DSLR filming and mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, or Lightroom). In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and what drives organic reach and engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language proficiency as required for market outreach). Ability to travel to various property sites, project showrooms, and corporate events for on-site filming.
