• Support the effective implementation of the ROKSI with API project under API.

Client outreach and relationship management:

• Promote the Roksi platform to informal workers and business owners through community and digital outreach.
• Build trustful relationships with clients and understand their business goals, constraints, and aspirations.

Business and financial coaching:

• Develop basic, tailored coaching plans with clients, including clear goals and practical action steps.
