The Senior Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence in the ICT sector. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals and financial projections, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. The Senior Business Development Officer will also lead client presentations, negotiate contracts, provide ongoing account management, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and revenue targets.

Strong new business development skills, including opportunity identification, lead generation, and closing deals. Solid analytical skills and foundational knowledge of finance to assess market trends, pricing, and profitability. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ICT solutions clearly. Proven customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and providing proactive support. Experience in ICT, technology distribution, or related industries is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet business development targets. Proficiency in standard business software and solutions; familiarity with local Cambodian market dynamics is an advantage.
