About the role

Support and accelerate the use of Artificial Intelligence throughout Smiling Gecko Cambodia and GONG.
This includes working across sectors such as education and curriculum development, music production and recording, video production and storytelling, photography and digital media, marketing and communications, fundraising and donor relations, hospitality and tourism, agriculture and social enterprises, and administration and organizational development.
Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and impact.
Train staff and students in practical AI applications.
Support content creation, video production, graphic design, and social media using AI tools.
Assist the GONG team in music production, voice technology, songwriting, and creative projects.
Develop AI-supported educational programs for students and teachers.
Support fundraising, proposal writing, reporting, and donor communications.
Research and test new AI technologies relevant to our work.
Help create a long-term AI strategy for Smiling Gecko Cambodia.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media, Business Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
General & Technical Skills Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Suno, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, and related platforms.
Excellent English communication skills.
Khmer language skills are an advantage.
Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
Interest in education, social development, arts, culture, and innovation.
