About the role

Lead and coordinate efforts to promote financial inclusion and drive social impact within the microfinance sector.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for financial inclusion and social impact in alignment with CMA's objectives and the national development agenda.
Identify key focus areas, target populations, and geographic regions to prioritize financial inclusion initiatives.
Collaborate with CMA members, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of financial inclusion strategies.
Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to raise awareness and promote the importance of financial inclusion and social impact.
Advocate for policies and regulations that support inclusive finance and social impact.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with national and international organizations, NGOs, and donors.
Represent CMA in key forums, conferences, and working groups related to financial inclusion and social impact.
Collaborate with CMA senior management to identify strategic program priorities and goals.
Develop detailed program plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee the implementation of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project activities and deliverables among internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop program budgets and monitor expenditure.
Ensure proper financial oversight and accountability for program funds and resources.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives for CMA members.
Provide technical assistance and advisory support to CMA members in designing and delivering responsible inclusive financial products and services.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the microfinance sector.
Support workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing events.
