The Royal Government of Cambodia has received a loan from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) toward the cost of Project: Establishment of National Vocational Schools of Tourism (VST), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of two (02) units 16-seat Van (MOT-VST-SHP02).
The two (02) units of 16-seat vans are required, with an expected delivery date within 60 days from the date of signing the contract.
Requirements
To be considered eligible and qualified a bidder must: Meet the eligibility criteria of AFD.
Have completed at least two contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding 3 years, starting from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2025, of not less than USD 50 000 (fifty thousand US dollars).
Have completed contracts, in the preceding two years, starting from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2025, in the total cumulative amount equal to at least USD 200,000 (two hundred thousand US dollars).
Not be under any notice of suspension or disbarment issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia or AFD.
Business registration, tax registration, VAT registration, financial capacity evidence of the liquid assets, bank statements, or a line of credit to demonstrate the bidder’s financial capability.
Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Authorized Dealer Certificate confirming authority to supply, service and honor warranty obligations.
