• Oversee and manage the full supply chain process, including procurement of raw materials, inventory control, warehouse management, supplier coordination, and production planning.
• Ensure that the right materials are available at the right time to support smooth, efficient, and cost-effective production operations.
• Coordinate with Senior Planning Teams and international/local vendors, ensuring deliveries are on time.
• Ordering accurate quantities of required raw materials based on production and planning seasonal requirements.
• Manage, maintain, and improve supplier relations, costings, and lead time.
• Liaise with all local and international vendors to manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage all inventory planning and warehouse operations teams, reporting directly to the General Manager and Production Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and interim audits.
• Maximize limited storage capacity and efficiency through strategic layout redesign and mapping, while strictly enforcing fire codes, safety regulations, and OSH compliance.
• Analyze historical seasonal orders and production to determine optimal inventory levels, minimizing waste and bottlenecks.
• Ensure accurate stock is available and supplied to manage production requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely, accurate stock provisioning and precise material control aligned with manufacturing timelines.
• Initiate and implement ERP system utilization to reduce manual tasks and enhance purchasing process efficiency.
• Manage product costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), raw material price variances, and consumption variance.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to reconcile quarterly stock records and maintain product standard costing accuracy.
