• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance electricians.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure each team member adheres to safety procedures.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner and according to standards.
• Oversee repairs of production machinery and equipment, such as boilers, turbines, presses, separators, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Identify electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable occupational safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement safe work procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Electric or related field as a minimum Electrician supervisor in the palm oil industry or similar manufacturing industry or other relate to this job for 3 to 5 years
