About the role

The Head of Content Unit leads and coordinates the preparation, quality control, publishing, and distribution of EBC’s and digital content.
The position ensures content is accurate, properly organized, published on time, and meets EBC’s quality standards.
Lead and coordinate the Content Unit and editing team.
Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of content before publication.
Manage content uploading, publishing, and scheduling through the CMS.
Coordinate content distribution across EBC’s digital platforms and relevant media channels.
Manage the content calendar and follow up on deadlines.
Ensure proper organization, storage, and backup of digital content.
Coordinate with Production, ICT, Operations, and other relevant teams.
Prepare progress updates and reports for the Senior Operations Manager.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Content, media, editing, or digital publishing for 3 years as a minimum Experience in supervising or coordinating a team is preferred.
Good knowledge of CMS and digital/social media platforms.
Strong editing, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

EBC provides coordination support to Ministry and its project partners to develop online education functional service flow to enhance Cambodia’s online educational services. Provide administrative and coordination support to Ministry with Korean projects. Establish one-stop shop for Ministry certified teachers to receive free services in filming, editing, and posting by EBC staff. Serve other Cambodia Ministries to freely utilize EBC TV and e-Learning studios. Localize and distribute online educational contents while quickly adapting to the future technological innovations.
