About the role

Act as an Import & Export coordinator, managing forwarding, sea, air, and cross-border shipments.
Follow up on order confirmations and monitor shipments from suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and payment terms.
Manage purchasing and stock planning.
Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding orders and product specifications.
Coordinate with sales, warehousing, sales administration, and other internal/external departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee all logistics operations, including inventory and purchasing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Male or female age 25-35 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Management or related field (any field).
Experiences in Import & Export and purchase (Must have) / Logistics / Warehouse for 2 years as a minimum.
Good command of English and computer literacy Ms Office.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, with minimum 1 years’ experience in a warehouse lead / supervisor role.
Good interpersonal & good negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and target oriented & good service mind.
Good service mind and attitude.
Good at self-management and time management.
Able to work both independently and as team.
Strong sense of responsibility and willing to coordinate with other related functions to accomplish work or assignment.
Good problem solving.
Can work under pressure with positive attitude.
