About the role

The position is to reinforce its Grants Office Service.
The Grants Officer s under the supervision of the Head of the Grants Office and supports the management of IPC’s institutional and research grants portfolio.
The role contributes to strengthening IPC’s grants management and fundraising capacity by supporting the coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of grant related processes and research management support.
The Pre-Award Scientific Grants Office Intern will under the supervision of the Head of the Grants Office and support IPC’s pre-award activities.
The role will contribute to strengthening IPC’s grant development and fundraising capacity by assisting with the identification of funding opportunities, proposal preparation, coordination with research teams, and improvement of pre-award grant management processes.
Under the supervision of the Head of the Grants Office, the Pre-Award Scientific Grants Office Intern will support grant development, proposal preparation, and strategic pre-award activities through the following tasks: Identify and assess funding opportunities aligned with IPC’s scientific priorities and strategic objectives.
Improve and update Grants Office databases to support funding intelligence, proposal tracking, and institutional reporting.
Assist with the preparation of scientific, administrative, and compliance components of grant applications.
