About the role

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth.
Lead, coach, and supervise the sales and marketing team.
Expand distribution channels and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, branding, and product launches.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and market analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Willing to travel for and customer visits when required.
