About the role

Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Monitor stock movement and prepare inventory reports.
Plan and process purchase orders based on inventory needs.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products and competitive prices.
Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams on receiving and payment processes.
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or purchasing.
Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, and able to independently and under pressure.
