About the role

Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and campaign messages.
Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar.
Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Plan video concepts and storyboards.
Capture product photography and videos at the office, factory, customer stores, and events.
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Produce high-quality promotional videos and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams on product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Support exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events with live content.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
Content creation, digital marketing, or social media management for 1 to 3 years as a minimum.
Experience in the FMCG or food industry is an advantage.
Excellent photography and videography skills.
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong copywriting skills in Khmer and English.
Knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
