About the role

Process and analyze mortgage loan applications of individual and corporate clients by conducting credit investigations, scoring, and credit checking.
Maintain existing and build new mortgage clients in accordance with guidelines.
Collect all required documents from clients for loan application to verify their eligibility.
Conduct credit investigation to analyze applicants' financial status, credit, property evaluations, and repayment capacity to determine loan feasibility.
Conduct site visits during loan assessment to obtain in-depth information and ensure sufficient security.
Prepare and execute loan contracts and arrange loan disbursement timely.
Explain different loan and credit options, as well as terms of services for cross-selling.
Drive potential clients' understanding about mortgage products, interest rates, and application processes.
Make regular site visits to existing customers to assess loan collateral and develop customer relationships for cross-selling.
Follow up delinquent clients immediately and refer cases to the supervisor.
Process registration of title deeds at local authorities and land offices to acquire legal evidence of ownership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or any relevant field.
Minimum one year of experience in mortgage, lending, banking, and financial services.
Excellent knowledge of bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan policies, credit analysis, and property evaluation.
Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to analyze financial documents and assess credit risk.
Ability to deliver presentations effectively.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
