• Manage and oversee an assigned small loan team by ensuring established small loan policies are followed and service quality standards are achieved.
• Evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of small loan applications.
• Drive and monitor all Small Loan KPI to ensure achievements of the targets.
• Provide continuous performance coaching and monitoring of small loan personnel.
• Take lead in promoting the Bank’s small loan products.
• Conduct site visit to customers’ property in accordance to the bank’s policy.
• Review thoroughly all small loan applications to prevent any loan application fraud.
• Manage late payment and small loan defaults.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly small loan disbursement reports.
• Ensure 100% actual verification and validation of small loan applications and accounts.
• Handle complex customers’ issues.

Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field; Minimum two years of loan granting experiences in banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in granting loans plus one year of supervisory experiences; Excellent knowledge of the bank branch operations, rules and regulations, laws, granting loans, and credit risk management; Good financial analysis and reporting skills; Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English; Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software; Excellent sales and customer services skills; Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors; Good team leadership, management, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill; Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
