About the role

WCS Cambodia is currently considering seeking Electronics, Computer, or Camera Supplies for Hard disk SATA/SSD, SD Cards, Network Attached Storage (NAS).
Bidders must comply with delivery terms, specifying delivery timeline and location.
All prices shall be quoted in US Dollars and must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery, and handling charges.
Payment will be made by WCS within 30 days after full delivery, inspection, and acceptance.
The quotation must be signed, stamped, and dated, complete in all respects, and matching the attached technical specifications.
The supplier must provide a manufacturer warranty (minimum 1 year, unless otherwise required) and after-sales service information.

Requirements

Copies of the following valid documents must be included: Certificate of Business Registration, Patent Certificate, VAT Certificate, Any relevant manufacturer authorization (if applicable).
Quotations will be rejected if submitted in unsealed or previously opened envelopes, incomplete or missing required documents, non-compliant with technical specifications, unsolicited, late, or improperly submitted, or contain unclear pricing or conditions.
Suppliers must declare any actual or potential conflict of interest.
WCS will evaluate quotations based on compliance with technical specifications, price competitiveness, warranty and after-sales service, delivery time, and supplier registration and completeness of required documents.
