About the role

Manage new and existing customer enquiries (phone, email, social media, telegram, in ).
Provide tour for new customers.
Manage new student enrolments.
Organise student folders, registration forms, incident forms, meeting notes.
Respond to teacher requests and support them in their role.
Understand and be able to communicate the curriculum offered at the.
Participate in interviews for new staff, organise new staff information in staff file and on management system, organise required documentation required for new staff including medical insurance, visa, permits, Manage and update staffing s.
Contribute to staff performance reviews, Update staff joiner / staff leaver documentation.

Requirements

Operations Manager in Educational (s, Universities) for 2 years is preferred.
Proficient level of English/Khmer (spoken and written).
Experience in an international (preferred).
Experience with managing a team (preferred).
Strong IT skills.
Strong interal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
