About the role
Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Maintain cash books and financial files.
Organize and file supporting documents for all transactions.
Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
Prepare payment vouchers and supporting documentation.
Process petty cash transactions and staff reimbursements.
Verify receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
Ensure financial records are complete and properly filed.
Follow organizational financial policies and procedures.
Coordinate with program staff to collect financial documents.
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree Year 2 or Year 4 encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words.
