About the role

Welcome all patients with a premium hospitality standard.
Strictly execute patient intake protocols, ensuring 100% of new patients complete documentation before dental consultations.
Manage the clinic's primary phone line, answering patient inquiries professionally and booking appointments efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-counter environment.

Requirements

Female only.
Bachelor's Degree Exceptional verbal communication skills (Fluent in Khmer; good professional English is highly preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structural checklists under pressure.
Previous experience in high-end hospitality, premium customer service, or clinic reception is a major plus.
Outgoing, empathetic, and highly confident personality.
