About the role

Prepare official documents, concept notes, meeting minutes, and manage administrative documents for the faculty.
Plan, track, and evaluate the faculty's work plans.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other events for the faculty.
Monitor the implementation of decisions and assigned tasks.
Facilitate communication between the Faculty of Medicine and relevant units.
Coordinate national and international cooperation.
Liaise with partners, institutions, and international organizations.
Coordinate the organization of workshops, conferences, and visits.
Coordinate protocols and receive national and international guests.
Comply with the assignments of the Deputy Dean and the University.

Requirements

Age between 25 to 45 years old.
Fluency in English and French (written, read, and spoken).
Good communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Skills in international relations and affairs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and Telegram.
Knowledge of using AI for administrative and communication tasks.
Broad understanding, good communication, gentle, polite, disciplined, high sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Honesty and adherence to work ethics.
Vaccinated against COVID-19 as per the Ministry of Health's guidelines.
