About the role

This is a request for proposals for civil works related to the restoration and clearance of the Koh Por Canal drainage system.
The project aims to increase climate resilience through small-scale infrastructure investments and enhance the adaptive capacity of vulnerable communities.

Requirements

Potential offerors may submit questions via email provided in the contact details by 30 July 2026.
Proposals are due by 5:00 PM (Phnom Penh time) on 14 August 2026 and must remain valid for 60 days after the due date.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email.
The subject line must be: “Submission to CCA4CSII-202607003 – Proposal for Koh Por Canal – Email [#] of [#]”.
Each email must not exceed 10MB, or files should be compressed (ZIP) or divided into multiple emails.
Proposers must examine all terms, requirements, and formal submission instructions included in the RFPS documents.
They must ensure they have a complete copy of all required documents and comply with applicable laws.
Failure to meet requirements may result in rejection.
The completed proposal must be signed by an authorized representative and stamped (if applicable).
